Job Description

As a Team Leader with HCL Technologies, you will be supporting our client Microsoft in coordinating the content moderator’s team members.

The role holder manages a team of people to achieve agreed business objectives.  Contributes to the management team activities of their function, owns the processes, manages the transition of new tasks to the shared services model and is responsible with continuous service improvement

Responsibilities:

• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members and assigning tasks
• Coordinates meetings with the functional management

Qualifications:

• A track record of strong performance in current and previous roles;
• Demonstrates a desire and capability to take on elements of a leadership role in a team environment;
• Previous experience of managing a team of people in a team leader environment or as a project leader;
• Demonstrates an understanding of other areas of the business and how they relate to their own area;
• Displays behaviors consistent with creating a High-Performance Operating Environment.

• Experience in successfully delivering projects to required scope, quality, timescale and budget
• Experience of managing projects in a small to medium outsourced contract environment
• Project related change management experience
