We are a multinational automotive company, in search of a new team member, in charge of recruitment processes. We think the most suited candidate will have:

• University studies – technical
• Speak English at an advanced level
• Basic SAP (not mandatory, considered an advantage)
• Proficient in Excel
• Good use of Core tools (FMEA, SPC, PPAP)
• Good use of quality analysing instruments
• Open minded, good communicator, proactive and energetic
• Used to working in a fast moving environment, with tight deadlines and a flexible approach

Your daily tasks:

• Plan and monitor of production audits
• Supervise and organise a team of 10 engineers and 12 auditors
• Participates in IPA (internal process approval)
• Conducts different analysis
• Participates in audits and meetings with the client
• Updates and monitors weekly KPI’s
• Updates and monitors scrap
