Team Leader - IT Service Desk (German language)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person to join our IT Management Team in Timisoara or Sibiu,  for a Team Leader position in our IT Service Desk tower.

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Coordinating all operational and administrative activities of the team (shift planning, rotations, service review meetings, team strategy)
• Main responsible and accountable for reaching the KPIs and Goals of the team
• Employee evaluation related processes : yearly evaluation, career path definition, training plan, hiring process
• Take part in the daily technical tasks of the team, when needed

What you should bring with you:

• Leadership skills (minimum 5 years experience)
• Time Management skills
• Experience in IT processes (ITIL certification is a plus)
• Analytical Thinking
• Decision-Making skills
• Communications skills
• General to advanced knowledge in technical topics (IT Infrastructure components and services - Active Directory, Networking Services, Server and Client Management, Application Support)
