Currently looking for Manager / Team Leaders customer support with Swedish language in Lisbon for one of the leading Telecommunication busnisses!
Ideal candidate
Native level of written and verbal communication skills Swedish (Essential) with min B2 English
Experience managing teams/or team within a BPO/Shared Service/Contact Centre (Essential)
Excellent people management skills, including the ability to influence a wide range of audience
At least 1-2 years experience in managing a team of at least 10 people (preferable in customer service or similar)
Ability to perform above expectations in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail
