TEAM MANAGER ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES

On leadership side:

• You are responsible for the development, coordination and management of Accounts Receivables team
• You will implement processes and make sure that those are followed
• You conduct training sessions

On operational side:

• You will process bank statements and payment provider’s reconciliation files
• You are monitoring the order flow and, where appropriate, doing manual adjustments like cancellations or release of orders
• You are handling third level customer support issues
• You clarify unreconciled items independently and coordinate closely in this regard
• You are supporting month end closing, like bank statement reconciliation
• You constantly maintain and clean up customer accounts
• You work and communicate across departments and companies

Your profile:

• University degree in economical sciences
• Experience in an Accounting Department (preferable on a leadership position)
• You enjoy dealing with numbers and have a very good commercial understanding
• Experience with an ERP system
• You are a strong communicator, you like to lead and motivate a team
• Very good written and spoken English
