The role is within a project for the one of the world’s leading manufacturers of automobiles and commercial vehicles and the largest carmaker in Europe. With its headquarters in Wolfsburg (Germany) and its future program “TOGETHER-Strategy 2025”, the Group is laying the foundations for becoming a global leader of sustainable mobility.
This project includes 2nd and 3rd level technical support for logistics applications that control the containers that carry the vehicle components. The applications are developed in Java.

- Release & Deployment Management Processes
- Incident Management Processes
- Problem Management Processes
- Knowledge Management Processes
- Change Management Processes
- Configuration and Asset Management Processes
- Availability Management Processes
What you are good at & what you’ll need to win
- At least 3-4 years of experience in the application management technical support
- Strong experience with Linux, Shell Scripting, DB2/Oracle SQL
- Very good German skills
- Experience with Java, JavaScript and PHP represents an advantage
- Experience in the automotive industry is nice to have
- ITIL Certification represents a plus
