Technical Account Manager

THE POSITION

We are looking for enthusiastic professionals, technically capable, willing to engage with UK and European clients and support them in their energy and water requirements. In this position, you would be expected to deliver our services to clients, in timely manner and within agreed quality levels, to have a proactive approach as solution using our in-house tools, you would be able to process and produce advanced analysis and reports in:

• consumption auditing;
• cost reduction projects;
• invoice management;
• billed over charges recovery;
• budget planning and cash-flow positions

You will be reporting directly to our Production Manager and engage with company directors and managers for day to day activities.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is a solid professional, positive, with good self-discipline, keen eye for details and willing to learn and progress in his/her professional evolution. Whilst no previous utility experience is required, we instead look for candidates with a previous experience in data analysis, accountancy, financial control or invoice management for not less than 2 years, this includes experience in excel reporting, technical reporting or data supervision. Medium level Excel skills are required for this job. It is expected the candidate to get accustomed to our service suite and operational platform and processes, he/she will generate value by delivering directly or coordinating the delivery to our clients in timely and quality manner.

THE REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate we are considering has ideally a Business Administration, Economy or Technical degree and has:

• Fluent English,able to work with remote colleagues and maintain a high level of communication;
• Medium Excel knowledge able to utilise common formulas and interrogate data;
• Analytical and accurate approach to mass production activities;
• Number-oriented, with a keen eye for details;
• Ready to commit to objectives and deadlines for customer delivery support;
• 2 years experience in accountancy or data management
