Experience and Requirements:
- Advanced level of English: at least C1 verbal and written
- To be professional and courteous with strong customer service orientation
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Minimum 1 year of generating reports and analyzing data with Microsoft Excel
- Technical proficiency – business software familiarity, contact center systems and internet navigation
- IT knowledge is preferred
- Logical and analytical competencies
- A proactive and innovative approach
- Ability to interact professionally with individuals from various backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
Activities and Responsibilities:
- To respond efficiently to all enquiries within given timescales
- To develop and maintain a full technical knowledge of client products and services
- To be able to recognize when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior colleague
- To deal with all correspondence as required
- To responsibly maintain and update all job-related administrative forms
- To run reports and provide status updates to the supervisors
