Technical Coordinator (with French)

THE GOAL:

As a Sourcing solution Technical coordinator – will be in charge for collaborating with the sourcing process owners and stakeholders regarding software requirements and coordinate translating them into functional specifications to the development team and work closely with delivery team members to ensure that the Sprint stream goals are met and the requirements are implemented efficiently and effectively.

Your contribution is needed to supervise Sprint application configurations, to sustain Sourcing support activities and identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive) for business processes.

Main responsibilities:

• coordinate Sprint stream which contain support, business analysts and deployment
• implement the roadmap plan, be the guarantor of quality and timeframes  
• be the privileged correspondent of Sprint project managers in France
• manage IT projects with teams of contributors from different countries
• guarantee Sprint's functional architecture and, more generally, IT sourcing
• be a force of proposal and advice to Sprint project managers in France  
• propose innovative solutions in order to improve business processes
• anticipate risks, define and manage corrective action plans
• promote the use of purchasing tools

Professional and personal requirements:

• Fluency in French and English
• IT Implementation/Upgrade/Projects experience is a must (IT team/project management experience)
• Technical IT culture: technical architecture and hardware / networks  
• Knowledge and experience in sourcing processes
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience in communicating with customers and responding to their needs
• Ability to train others, give clear instructions  
• Ability to politely disagree with pre-defined strategies and to propose convincing alternatives
• Optimist and self-organized with a solid “Can-Do” Attitude
• Degree from an accredited university
