We are recruiting Technical Documentation Specialists


Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Good level of English (both written and spoken)
• Good level of French ( a minimum of B1 )
• Previous work experience in the automotive industry
• Good understanding of the production line
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), SAP knowledge is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize activities
• Analytical thinking and attention to details
• Proactive and problem solving skills
• Ability to handle tight deadlines
• Previous experience in engineering, supply chain, logistics/planning

Main responsibilities:

• Create the parts in the databases based on the input data received from the client
• Solving the issues that may arise on the production line
• Managing the impact of specific issues from the production line
• Use Excel, SAP and other specific databases
• Deal with manufacturing BOMs (bill of materials), update and schedule the product changes
• Plan the commercial activities in order to respect the logistic and fabrication demands
• Reach monthly quality/quantity targets
• Regular contact with suppliers
