Job Description

- Your role involves networking activities, both online and offline, advocating our employer brand, improving time-to-hire, and making sure we reach the best professionals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management team to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer)
- Create and distribute job descriptions
- Engage in creative and proactive methods to source candidates on different platforms
- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods (., structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Write job offer letters
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Follow-up with candidates on the recruitment process status
- Onboard new hires
- Maintain an accurate and timely candidate database
- Keep up with trends, innovative recruiting techniques and best practices in HR
- Act as a point of contact with local Universities and other external collaborators
- Be part of the team organizing internship programs
- Keep up to date with new technological trends and products
Requirements
- Knowledge regarding recruitment and selection methods and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid ability to conduct various types of interviews
- Initiative and creative problem-solving skills
- Background or current experience in recruiting for the IT sector is a plus
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Attention to details and organizational skills
