The position is located at our office in Bucharest and is a part of Systematic businesses within People & Culture team. You will join a growing team, currently consisting of 5 colleagues (two sourcers, two recruiters and one team lead) working to on a fundament of trust, where we have freedom and responsibility for making decisions in our everyday lives. You will be a part of a best-in-class recruitment & employer branding team consisting of 14 colleagues located in Aarhus and Bucharest. The People Attraction team is part of People & Culture, where more than 30 colleagues ensure continuous development of Systematic and its employees.

Responsibility and tasks
Your overall responsibility will be sourcing and attracting talent to join Systematic Development Center in Bucharest. In your everyday work, you will benefit from being part of a software company with international standards. You must be a team player, which both inspire your colleagues as well as you are willing to learn. You need to take initiative and think out of the box not being afraid of trying new ideas. Your everyday task will consist of:
- Search both active and passive candidates through multiple channels.
- Identify potential candidates in accordance with job descriptions.
- Identifying the qualified candidates through the various recruiting tools.
- Assist Recruitment Team with pre-screening/sourcing candidates.
- Be extremely focused and driven on learning and growth.
- Update the recruitment & selection database.
- Understand the recruitment process within the company & the IT field.
- Punctuality - is consistently at work and on time.
Minimum qualifications
- At least 1 year of previous experience as a sourcer / researcher for the IT industry.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication, grammar skills both in Romanian and English
- Have background knowledge of Human Resources and be passionate to work in the Human Resource field
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Have experience with implementing new ideas for attracting talent and building talent pipelines.
- Be flexible, curious, positive, and enthusiastic about software projects.
- Strong desire to be a “team player".
- Keen attention to details.

Preferred qualifications
- At least 6 months previous experience in Boolean search is a plus.
- Have a Bachelor or Master diploma in Human Resources.
