Technical Sales Representative

For further growth we are looking for a Technical Sales Representative for the area greater Bucharest (South-East of Romania).

Your tasks:

• Defining potential customers and industries and contacting them
• Analysis of the requirements and objectives of the customer’s in-house logistics structure
• Development of suitable customer solutions and creating appropriate specifications
• Preparing quotation and presenting solutions to the customer
• Leading and concluding the meetings in cooperation with the area sales managers and/or directors
• Assuming order and margin responsibility
• Project planning and controlling of non-complex systems
• Supporting our pre-sales activities (Inhouse-presentation, business concepts, workshops, fairs, events, roadshows, etc.)
• Implementation of the sales strategy in the area
• Maintenance of customer and sales data in the CRM system

Your profile:

• Task-related qualification
• Several years of professional experience in systems selling and realization of projects with capital goods
• Expertise in the field of warehouse automation, logistics processes and systems (supply chain, automation, WMS) desired
• Usual IT skills
• Negotiating skills in dealing with a wide variety of interlocutors at different management levels
• Fluent English proficiency
• Strong acquisition and presentation skills
• Motivated, corporate thinking personality
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel – activity mostly on site at the customer's
