Technical Solution Consultant with German

In this role, you will provide technical and analytical pre-sales support of office and production products, solutions and services as well as support requests from Europe direct and indirect sales team. You will leverage XSM as the ticketing system to document and capture cases within a team that leverages a developed network of value chain partners to provide solutions to our customer’s needs.

What you need to be successful 

• fluency in German & English: (above B2-Independent User Level)
• have an understanding of the Sales Process, particular of printing  products, solutions and services
• Technical Aptitude:

a. experience with printing Office and Production products

b. accredited Technical / Systems certifications would be an asset

• general knowledge of major vertical industries and their applications
• extremely proficient with all Microsoft operating systems and applications
• high level of interpersonal and interactive oral and written communication skills
• ability to work in a virtual team environment
• familiarity with using a ticketing system would be an asset
