Are you looking for a prospective job with big career growth? Then this is the place to be. We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer for Data Backup and Data Recovery solution with strong troubleshooting Networking, Windows Server, virtualization, and good English and German for an international IT company based in Bucharest, Romania.
In this highly technical role, you would provide technical support of their client’s products via the telephone, email, and remote sessions, which may require careful examination of many infrastructures and other environmental variables, as well as a detailed analysis of log files.

Technical skills requirements:
- Windows OS 2008(rr2)/2016
- Practical knowledge of TCP/IP (OS, firewalls configuration) and networking configuration/troubleshooting (NAT, ports, DHCP, DNS)
- UNIX and/or Linux knowledge; VMware ESX(i), Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange server administration, DataBase engines (SQL/Oracle)
