Candidatul ideal:
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory, Cisco Call manager, ITSM, Windows, IOS, Laptop, Mobile Device;
- Strong working knowledge and previous experience configuring and administering Windows services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies;
- Strong working knowledge and previous experience configuring and administering Cisco applications like Cisco Jabber, creating and setting up new accounts for Cisco Jabber; administrate Cisco Groups, setting up different rules and maintaining accounts;
- Knowledge of Identity Access Management solutions;
- Problem resolution including root cause analysis;
- Ability to work independently with little direct supervision and as a part of a team.

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email;
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions;
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs;
- Follow-up and update customer status and information;
- Provide support, including procedural documentation;
- Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs;
- Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time;
- Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.

Monday-Friday: 15:00-23:30
