For our client, European Union (EU) institutions, we are looking for a

Technical Support Specialist on Cloud Management Platforms

Your tasks:

• You are the direct contact with the customer, acting as a single point of contact (SPOC) for all participating European Union (EU) agencies, securing the highest operational standards in customer service, with friendly and reliable support

• Provide first and partly second level IT services support

• Application and complex IT infrastructure support, as well as incident, problem, change and asset management

• Creation and maintenance of the technical documentation (knowledge base)

• Maintain and optimize existing procedures

• Communicate effectively with customers and teams - by phone, email and through the ticketing system

• You will work during night shifts and/or over the weekends in stand-by mode, covering 24x7 shifts

Your profile:

• Excellent Business English language skills

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and SLAs

• Certified in ITIL V3 Foundation is a big plus

• Basic knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS or Azure infrastructure)

• Basic knowledge about complex IT infrastructures (networking, private cloud, storage, monitoring, etc) for IaaS, PaaS and managed services

• Basic experience in support Microsoft-based platforms and services

• Experience in user support with direct customer contact

• Ability to work responsibly, independently, but also in a team

• Quick understanding and willingness to learn new technical topics

• High self-initiative, innovative

• Communication strength as well as pronounced customer, service and quality orientation

• Enthusiasm for results-oriented and dynamic work

• You can work from your home office and have a stable and fast internet connection
