Job description:
- Investigation and repair of Hamilton products in and after warranty;
- Cooperation with Product manager related to product performance and technical details;
- Replicate and/ or investigate customer requests by email;
- Evaluation and prioritization of support inquiries;
- Operate specific data in ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Professional experience & Skills desired to have:
- Experience in repair of electronic and / or laboratory products;
- Time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize;
- English (writing and speaking). Good German skills are an advantage and other language knowledge completes your profile;
- Good computer skills are necessary (Windows, ERP D365, Office, etc.);
- You are a team player and enjoy interdisciplinary co-operation with other departments;
- You are sociable and organize your work self-dependent and target oriented.
