Some of your daily tasks will be:
- Dealing with customers' requests about graphic cards and gaming tablets, offering technical support by e-mail and ticketing system (80%) and by phone (20%) to native French or Russian customers;
- Offering support by chat, emails, and calls to customers who have inquiries and technical issues (this may include but, it is not limited to, troubleshooting etc.).
If you are a gamer and gadgets are part of your life, then you might be the right person to offer technical support to customers who are using high-end graphic cards and gaming tablets.
You are the one we are looking for because you have:
- Excellent skills of French OR Russian and English;
- You are passionate about hardware/software;
- At least 6 months experience in Customer Support, preferably on a technical project;
- Very good communication skills;
- Customer oriented attitude.
