TECHNICAL TEAM LEADER

The position reports hierarchically to the General Manager.
Place of work: SC SOEHNER SRL (TM)

THE POSITION AND THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Role:
         Is a part of next step of company organigram development, taking the lead and responsibility for ensuring company and the team proper development in direction of process development, continues improuvement culture and team work .

Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate the tehnical team such as engineers and offers suport to the maintenance and Tool Shop departament.
- Evaluate and indentify the team and process needs, develop a roadmap in direction of achiving company expectations;
- Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a projects and process instruction plan in order to ensure the process standards into compliance with quality systems requirements;
- Develop relations with local and international partners in direction of business development within new technology and depend to cases problem solving;
- Work closely with the projects team to understand details of projects requirements;
- Be part and lead technical meetings with respect of design change, process and risk evaluation;
- Team development and mentoring in order to understand personnel need and give appropriate consultation, support and trainings;
- Team management for all persons within Technical Departments in order to keep development and motivation level as high as possible;
- Assures improvement of processes in order to increase company productivity;
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards;
- Assure communication with group associates in order to keep communication level as best possible.

Professional and personnel expectations :
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Bachelor's degree in Tehnical or Engineereing field;
- Good knowledge of English, German will be considerate an advantage;
- Self-motivated and goal oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative;
- Positive tehnical background within variety of tehnical applications as for example injection molding , potting , PCB assembly, Robots and automatizations;
- Ability to see beyound the project data , give to his team right direction, work with targets, to be a team player;
- Clear comunicator, strong organizational background, good influention person in the core area;
- Understanding of programing language is a plus, understanding of electrical and mechanic schematics is a must.
