We are looking for a Digital Learning Specialist that will drive the E-learning Strategy for our Financial Platform. The new HIRE will be responsible for: Creation of E-learning Trainings in Axway LMS. The E-learning content has to be easily accessible, Synthetic, easy to consume, nicely designed. To define the above, he/she will be participating on different workshops with Professional Services, Presales, Marketing, R&D and will need to acquire functional knowledge about Axway Financial Services Platform.

By whom and why will the E-learning Content be accessed:

1/ Axway Project Manager in charge of delivering custom implementations on top of Axway Platform will take the training to find out what is the Project Management Implementation Methodology to follow when implementing a new project.

2/ Axway Partners that work on custom implementations will go to Axway University and they look for videos (for example how do I connect Axway Platform to SAP)

3/ Axway Professional Services colleaguses take the training – get a video on how to create custom implementations for different usecases ( for example Interplay, Accounting, RuleServer)

What is the types of E-learning content that will be defined:

1/ Training on how you deliver project by Professional Services Organization – mainly related to Project management Framework:

  • what is the template of project management on Service Methodology
    • schedule of execution of a project
    • template for estimation of duration of a project, number of resources
    • RACI matrix templates

2/ Training on what you can reuse in terms of Product Functionality (Functionality/Product/Exit, Arhitecture)

  • what types of reference architectures do we need according to customer context
  • what types of customer ‘exits’ can be reused
  • what types of configurations

Based on the points above, the person will take the existing information and compile them into comprehensive E-learning Materials.

What are the qualifications of such a person:

  • Bachelor degree in the field of design, multimedia, education
  • Abilities in creating attractive E-learning materials
  • Experience in creating and implementing digital knowledge transfers in digital media
