Technician Scheduling, Tracking Production

We are looking for a Technician scheduling, launching and trackingproduction for our plant in Timisoara.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the production plans (pre series, series, semi -  finish goods);
• Coordinates small team of logistics operators;
• Coordinates measures to prevent delivery problems;
• Prepares reports and communicate deviations directly to the superior;
• Close collaboration with production planning and production in order to fulfill the realization of finished and semi-finished goods;
• Coordinates and plans stocks of finished and semi-finished parts taking into account ensuring optimal stocks to the customer;
• Manages open series according to the planning group;
• Organizes checks and inspections of stock (.: stock of material, stock movements, necessary quantities, etc.) in the warehouse (.: warehouse of parts, materials, returning in warehouse, etc.) according to specifications;
• Manages open series according to the planning group;
• Processes lists of errors in logistics systems;
• Coordinates and strategically plans deliveries for the assigned range / ranges (BS);
• Executes any additional tasks related to its activity and in order to perform its duties, transmitted by the direct superior or by the company's management.

Requirements:

• Technical / Economic Degree;
• Min. 5 years of experience in a related field;
• Very good knowledge ok English language is mandatory, knowledge in German language is a plus;
• Knowledge of working with ERP software (preferably SAP, and other logistics systems);
• Knowledge of working with MS Office;
• Good communication and team player attitude;
• Availability for business trips.
