Technology food engineer

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic an energetic technologist, preferably with dairy expertise, who will provide full support for our team.
This role is to assess thе effectiveness of production training, planning and its processes, offer recommendations for improvement in accordance, including thе corporate bottom line.

You will be handling several responsibilities, tasks such as:
Responsible for managing all activities within the improvement workstream
Observes and evaluates bottlenecks opportunities and аctions production processes, procedures and systems
Ensures and coordinates implementation of improvement opportunities
Analyses reports and takes corrective and preventive actions on KPIs
Set-up action plans for KPIs improvement and participates in cross-departmental improvement teams
Ensures that obstacles for implementation of his/her focus are identified and eradicated;
Indicates learning improvements for produce, maintain and improve on workplace performance, so that a problem analysis can be done.
Providing input for filling the learning trajectory design. Implementing the workplace learning framework.
Coaching and supporting the shift managers to train colleagues in the workplace in a professional manner, in accordance with FrieslandCampina standards.
Ensuring available, up-to-date training materials and assessments to enable employees to be trained in a standardized manner in the workplace and to be able to assess their level.
As practical supervisor of the students/interns in the production environment responsible for the guidance and support in accordance with the set standards, with the aim that the students have an optimal and safe learning environment.
