Job description
- Provide first-level technical support and communicates with the level 2 team in order to escalate some cases;
- Provide client support related to computers and other user devices
- handles break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, software installations, hardware repair
- Uses troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical issues;
- Actively supports the customer in all aspects through to problem resolution, keeping the customer informed and updated throughout life of incident
