Telesales representative

 Description:        

• Market prospecting
• Identifying new potential clients
• Reaching prospects via phone and setting up meetings for sales representatives
• Maintaining client relationship
• Maintaining and updating the client database
• Providing information to the clients and potential clients regarding the solution we produce and sell (via phone and Email)
• Accomplishing administrative tasks within the sales department
• Write reports

Requirements:

• Experience in call center or similar jobs (would be an advantage)
• University degree - Graduate mandatory
• Determined attitude in approaching prospects through “cold calls”
• Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written
• Persuasive attitude
• Good knowledge of PC operations
