Temporary Staffing Product Manager

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Temporary Staffing Product Manager to join BestJobs team. 

The post holder will have strong leadership skills and a track record of delivering results by working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be required to develop and deliver the Company's temporary staffing strategy, which enables BestJobs to operate an efficient, effective and responsive service which demonstrates best practice processes and system solutions to staffing shortages.

You will have excellent analytical skills, capable of providing and receiving highly complex information to analyse, interpret and report on results with the ability to communicate and present highly complex information to professionals.

The Temporary Staffing Product Manager we are searching for:

• Identifies and validates our users needs through research and market data

• Develops and validates sets of hypotheses on market & customer problems

• Creates user stories for current and future product features based on validated market & customer problems

• Collaborate with stakeholders on the prioritization of product features

• Prepares the documentation of prioritized feature sets

• Oversees the specific product strategy and road-map development

• Develops and maintains a robust backlog of product feature investments

• Supports the roll-out of new products with support, marketing and development teams

• Monitors results and follows up on the releases making sure that we are constantly improving our products

• Maintains and improves the professional and technical knowledge

We also value YOUR:

• Proven past +1 years Experience in Temporary staffing industry

• Past experience as Product Manager

• Experience with Jira (or other similar Project Management tools)

• Initiative & leadership

• Data analysis & research skills

• Customer-centric mindset

• Good ability to understand business requirements and to perform implementation

• A proactive working style that anticipates and resolves project roadblocks

• Great communication skills, analytical thinking, motivated and willing to work in a team

• Adaptable to changes (growth mindset)

• Proficiency in English
