Tender Pricing and Contracts Specialist – Bucharest, Romania.

A Day in the Life

Principal Accountabilities of a Tender Pricing and Contracts Specialist:
· Supports tender team in pricing aspects of tender process and online catalogue selling.
· Administers customer contract pricing and ensure pricing governance according to company policy in Vendavo system.
· Manages pricing disputes & overrides.
· Maintains contacts with the customers in relation to tender contracts and other business offers.
· Cooperates with other departments, especially with Customer Service and Sales Representatives, and personnel/offices as per internal policies/procedures and legal requirements.
· Manages tender contracts and contract data base, according to company policy and keeps all parties involved about pending status of contracts.

Must haves:
· University Degree.
· At least 2 years experience in similar position.
· Knowledge of public procurement law and administrative law will be advantage.
· A good command of the Romanian and English language, both spoken and written is essential.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.
· Good communication skills.
· Good analytical skills.
· Accurate about details.
· Result and quality oriented, proactive.
