Contribute to the success of the Bayer Crop Science business in own territory by developing the customer relationships and by managing the team of Customer Advisory Representatives
The position covers the Centre and North West of Romania, the specific counties being Brasov, Sibiu, Alba, Covasna, Harghita, Mures, Cluj, Bistrita-Nasaud, Salaj, Maramures, Satu Mare.

// Identify and prioritize key influencers and customers within the market
// Propose and discuss regional sales objectives by product/customer with Sales Manager

// Develop knowledge, data and expertise that are relevant for and of value to customers

// Capture and anticipate market trends at regional level

// Strong knowledge acumen in Agriculture, for both CP and Seeds portfolio
// Previous experience in similar roles of minimum 5 years
// Solid knowledge of agricultural systems and farm agronomy in Romania
// Commercial and marketing knowledge
// Able to act effectively in complex and fast developing environment
// Proactive, focused on results
// Team player with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
// Quick learner
// Good English knowledge (spoken and written)
// Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
