Test Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for new colleagues to join our telecommunication project as Test Engineers. Together with our team, you will be testing a web application - a multi-brand platform for a well-known telecommunication provider.

At the beginning of the activity, in order to get onboard, you will be working for 2-3 weeks from our partner's office in Germany and one week in Sibiu, repeating the business trips for 2-3 months. After this period, the required working time from the Germany offices will be reduced.

Responsibilities

• Testing within the Scrum process;
• Generation and implementation of manual tests and/ or automatic tests;
• Bug fix retesting;
• Test documentation;
• Test process optimization and test management together with the team;
• Ticket refinement/ ticket estimation with the team.

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Experience with agile testing;
• Experience with test automation;
• Experience with manual acceptance tests;
• Basic knowledge: Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON;
• ISTQB certification;
• Strong writing and verbal skills in English; German skills would be nice-to-have;
• Comfortable in international environment;
• Ability and willingness to travel.
