Test Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a new colleague, a Test Manager to join our telecommunication project. Together with our team, you will be testing and coordinate the QA team.

Responsibilities

• Conducting performance reviews;
• Setting up schedules;
• Evaluating training and development needs;
• Facilitating development and developing testing strategies;
• Documenting tests findings and supervising test team;
• Test process optimization and test management together with the team;
• Ticket refinement/ ticket estimation with the team;
• Release management in cooperation with the Enabler team.

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Experience with agile testing;
• Experience with test automation;
• Experience with manual acceptance tests;
• Basic knowledge: Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON;
• ISTQB certification;
• Strong writing and verbal skills in English;
• Comfortable in international environment;
• Ability and willingness to travel.
