Test tehnician

Responsibilities

• Safe handling of metrological components nImplementation of improvement measures in development processes in the test field in cooperation with test staff and with Development Engineers
• Ensure the availability of necessary equipment and materials for an efficient workflow for experiments to be performed
• Construction and implementation of functional and service life tests in accordance with the customer and development requirements for components
• Design, planning and execution of development investigations and laboratory measurements on components Documentation of test parameters and results as well as logging of complete test series
• Construction of measurement setup and test facilities
• Planning and consulting in the creation of complex test facilities and test benches
• Adaptation of test benches and devices to new requirements
• Maintenance and support of the test stands, as well as troubleshooting

Requirements

• English or German language skills
• Team player nTravel (domestic / international)
• Very good knowledge of the current measuring programs in the experimental technique
• Experience in setting up test documentation and in dealing with test standards and customer standards (VW80000, VWLV124, etc.)
• High level of initiative
• Very good knowledge in analysis and root cause detection in case of error
• Knowledge in the qualification of test systems (measuring capability, MSA1, MSA2 etc.)
