Tester

Required skills/Qualifications:

• Graduate in significant field;
• 3+ years related field work experience;
• Analytical and documentation skills;
• Oral and written communication skills;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables etc );
• Experience working with Jira;
• Great attention to detail;
• Knowledge and understanding of the Software Development and the Quality Assurance processes and life cycle;
• Communication skills required to work with teams of developers, business analysts and project managers;
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Interest in continuous career development;
• Ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback;
• Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans, test strategies and designing test cases;
• Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities;
• Running the testing plans and creating testing reports;
• Assist the business analyst in the customer acceptance tests;
• Deliver information and analysis for decision making;
• Develop and deliver user manuals and training material for new processes or service offering;
• Experience with test environments installation (database, web servers, application servers, java applications);
• Advanced knowledge on SQL tools (. SQL Plus, TOAD, MS SQL Management).

Nice to have:

• Experience with automation testing tools;
• Experience with performance testing tools;
• ISTQB certification;
