Testing specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Project TA responsibility.
• Terminal product (Mobile phone, Tablets, 4G Data card, home gateway etc，) testing: setting down the testing plan, execute terminal testing cases and report the test result.
• Bug tracing: Trace and report the bugs to R&D center. Clarify the solution with R&D engineers and customers.
• Project management: Help to schedule the test plan and take in charge of technical issues during the test cycle.

Customization:

• Requirements collection and communication: correctly gather and transfer the requirements between customers and headquarter (software and hardware collecting, confirming, transmitting and clarifying).
• New technical management
• Manage new technical(mainly regarding communication industry), and Launch under plan

Customer relationship:

• Creating good relationship with customer who responsible for pre-sale testing.
• Insight user experience, Improve product user Usability

Requirements:

• The one should be at least Bachelor of computer or telecommunication.
• Strong capability on studying new telecommunication and product knowledge. Ability of good communication and coordination, good skill on communication with customer and colleague.
• Language skills: fluent English.
• Have legal driver license and can drive locally.
