Job role
As part of the Business Application Pillar, the Project Management Officer will offer financial support to the Project Manager for the dedicated IT Master Platform projects having the following:
Responsibilities
- Ensure Delivery Team status reporting compared with sprint and Program Increment planning including periodic management reporting plan;
- Supporting ad-hoc project activities (. impact on OE asset value, repricing, support for business cases);
- Create new templates, where necessary to ensure efficient communication and processing of information;
- Service Now/Project Portfolio management (project creation, change requests, resource plan creation and resource allocation);
- Verify recordings of actual worked days in standardized tools (Jira and Ariba) (approved persons, approved total FTE etc.) and allocation to deliverables (user stories, visioning’s);
- Ensure project standards defined by the central team are complied with within the Tribe (., booking of costs, reporting templates, allocating resources etc.);
- Purchase requisitions follow up with the relevant stakeholders ( procurement, controlling, etc.);
- Other external spend related topics, such as invoice validation and processing etc.;
- Facilitate and moderate meetings, within the tribe leadership and link to controlling;
- Provide relevant input for regular monthly controlling tasks (such as reporting, analysis, project status);
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for the management team and Headquarter in Munich.
Requirements
- University Degree (preferably Business Administration, Economics or Finance);
- Relevant work experience in Controlling, Project Management or similar activity (3-5 years);
- Fluent in English is a must;
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
- Self-starter and autonomous work attitude;
- SAP CO/FI or Service Now know-how is a plus;
- Agile/ Scrum master know-how is a plus.
