Toolshop Manager

Responsabilities:

- Organization and coordination of the Toolshop activities;
- Supervising the maintenance and the repairs of plastic injection moulds;
- Analysing of execution errors in maintenance and repair of moulds;
- Machine specification, ordering process, installation, calibration and release of machines.;
- Create, execute and follow up the training plan for the team;
- Supervising maintenance operations according to the preventive maintenance plan;
- Supervising that working instructions and the execution on the machines and of the tools are according to the specifications;

Requirments:

- University degree in technical field;
- Experience and knowledge in the field of plastic injection and toolshop;
- Good knowledge of technical drawing;
- Knowledge and experience in CAD, CAM;
- Experience in people management;
- Organized and strong planning abilities;
- Performance orientation personality and continuous improvement attitude;
