Main areas of responsibility
 

• Daily maintenance and troubleshooting of Traceability systems
• Provide performance tuning on existing reports to enhance end user experience
• Integrate equipment and Traceability systems to automate data exchange
• Prepare ad-hoc reports  when requested
• Participate in the Traceability improvement processes
• Support tools and internal applications to be developed as required
• Work with global team to interact with global systems
• Creates IT documents for knowledge base, user guides and other various communications system.

 Candidate profile

• University studies finalized
• Experience in programming complex SQL queries
• Strong knowledge of database administration,
• Previous experience in database backup and recovery are a plus
• Good written and verbal communication
• Open minded
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills
• Other training / specializations in relevant field (IT, EMS, etc.) are a plus
