For our operations in Romania, an exciting opportunity has arisen to drive the performance of an Trade Operations Coordinator.

Role Purpose:

The Trade Communication Coordinator is primarily responsible for executing Consumer & Trade Marketing activities in Romanian Market. The Coordinator will work in conjunction with the FF teams to deliver Market plans in line with Imperial’s broader activation approach and strategic objectives. She/He will also collect and provide all necessary market data in order to facilitate Planning, Forecasting & Pricing.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and organize execution of Consumer & Trade Marketing Activity Plans within the local Market. Oversee the development of the special POSMs and TIP merchandising materials and ensure the effective distribution/implementation/follow up of all available TIPs and programs.
  • Support Sales Field Force on executing effectively Trade Marketing Plans.  Brief Field Sales Force Team so as to understand what is required from them to execute and allocate the merchandising material of Trade Programs. Close and continuous communication as to secure effective implementation of Trade Programs and coordinate rewards distribution in Retail & IKA Channel.
  • Coordinate and closely monitor all Permanent Communication Agreements ( Main units & Flagships stores ), approve new AW proposals and provide the semi-permanent material to Field Force TIP . Issue monthly progress reports of the agreements/TIP and their development .
  • Coordinate and perform Space, Assortment and Range Allocation in store; develop and update planograms and an execution plan.  Update internal database for the branded outlets in coordination with the CRM Analyst & Junior Sales Analyst  .
  • Budget handler of all POS and merchandising materials related with TIP .  Monitor costs as to maximize Investment efficiency. PRF Initiator for TIP invoices.
  • Engage in market visits in order to monitor competition activity in the market channels & also ensure effectiveness of all ITDR initiatives .
  • Build strong relations with all Internal & External Stakeholders to enhance team effectiveness and engagement

The successful candidate should poses:
University degree (Marketing or business)
At least 2 years of experience on a similar position;
