Responsibilities:
- Prepare local translations, promotional materials for new launches - brochures, leaflets and other;
- Manage the products portfolio visibility plans and get involved in the planning together with sales managers;
- Evaluate the effect of various activities together with sales;
- Administer various tasks ( systems, price set ups etc.);
- Key driver in the development and execution of company's channel strategy;
- Develop brands within specific channels due to OP expectations aligned with sales organisation;
- Leverage brand product portfolios according to channel strategy;
- Execute brand strategy into trade channels with a focused view on customer and consumer needs;
- Take initiatives to explore and develop new channels and new customer bases;
- Deliver brand story line to trade customer;
- Deliver strong reason to sell brand based on insights;
- Transform brand communication concepts into customer focused sales communications;
- Analyse the market & competition to identify new channels, customers, partners;
- Develop and implement marketing activities/ promotions/ campaigns to effectively develop distributions channels;
- Deliver long term planning regarding 3-year OP plan;
- Define product portfolio/ pricing for each channels;
- Identify market gaps and product opportunities (white-space-analyses), drive relevant new product launches with Product Marketing Manager.
Requirements:
- University degree (min. Bachelor or equivalent) preferably with specialisation in Marketing / Technical area;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Good knowledge of of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point).
