Trade Marketing Specialist

Job Description

  • Develop annual execution promotional plans and evaluation starting from OT channel characteristics, needs and trends. Recommended changes in plan based on performance or market conditions.
  • Develop, collate data from peers and communicate monthly PAP (periodic action plan) to Sates Team
  • Support the KAM team in building, presenting, implementing and communicated the annual promotional activity calendar at customer level.
  • Ensure a perfect execution and tracking:
  • Ensure proper communication within organization (particularly OT Field Sales, KAM team, Marketing and Operations);
  • Coordinate & communicate OT Beverages activity calendar to OT Field Sales team & merchandising companies;
  • Coordinate the Monthly racks tracking/ annul racks census and propose racks annual investment plan by channel and customer;
  • Monthly field visit to insure a proper execution and to collect feedback from sales team;
  • Set and track the POP materials implementation;
  • Propose execution criteria by sub channel/customer and evaluate them.
  • Track and monitors the OT Beverages Trade Marketing budget.
  • Seek and analyze relevant information from the trade universe, closely monitor competitive activity in the trade marketing area. Develop weekly tracking competitor activity by sub-channel tool based on leaflet monitor survey and sales field feedback.
  • Coordinates the shopper promotions/ consumer promotions and the appropriate and effective . materials in coordination with field sales. Fully responsible for a good coordination of all . materials and other merchandising and sampling aids.
  • Protects and enhances trade-mark usage and standards on all packaging and advertising materials, providing agencies and suppliers with appropriate guidelines.
  • Coordinates agency partners in developing and supporting field teams in the execution.
  • Participates in the design and development of marketing actions (new launches, line extensions, etc.) by providing consistent specific channel related information and analyses that need to be considered to maximize the effect of marketing initiatives at the sales outlet level.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • University degree
  • Experience in a Sales related field and/or Trade Marketing is needed
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills, analytical skills and network ability
  • Negotiation skills are needed
  • Proactive and customer driven approach
  • Project management skills
  • Team player
  • Passionate for results
  • Excellent computer knowledge (MS Office pack)
