Trainer

Some of your major responsibilities are:

• Develop and organize training manuals and other educational materials
• Good communication skills and strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Develop, revise / update, deliver and evaluate training and development courses
• Source, liaise with and manage internal trainers and external course providers
• Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
• Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.

Nice to have:

• Proven work experience as a trainer in any field for at least 1 year
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to meet deadlines
• BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field would be an advantage
