Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to identify company training needs;
- Track and compile collected data in our internal database;
- Responsible with the organization and logistics of training sessions;
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials;
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions;
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum;
- Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations;
- Train and guide new employees;
- Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources or related field;
- Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a teaching position;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in French and English
