Job description:
- You will be responsible of annual training plan for all employees: centralize proposals, organize approval meeting, look for training suppliers, organize trainings for employees, make sure that all trainings are documented;
- You’ll make sure that all internal training for production area are made according to the rules and SOP’s and are well documented;
- You will support the training plans in front of the auditors;
- You are responsible of on-boarding process for all new employees (company presentation, internal regulations, tools functionalities etc) and follow up the induction programs;
- You will create and maintain partnerships between company and universities/technical schools in order to increase the induction of students and professionals;
- You will organize and supervise the Internship program;
- You will participate on talent recruitment processes;
- You will create and publish periodical newsletters for employees;
- You will conduct Annual Performance Review;
- You will organize and supervise Team Buildings, Christmas Party and other events programs.
Professional experience & Skills desired to have:
- Proven experience minimum 3 years;
- Very good English knowledge (reading, writing, speaking); German is a plus;
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and other office package (Word/Power Point) and general PC skills;
- Well-organized person, enjoyable, with problem-solving attitude, paying attention to details, with communication skills, team oriented, analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
