Training and People Development Specialist

We are looking for a Training and People Development Specialist for our plant in Pitesti. Join our young  and enthusiastic team!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with manager to identify training and development needs;
• Organizes, delivers and implements soft skills training sessions ;
• Offers support in the organization of external training sessions;
• Consolidates and monitors results of training sessions;
• Monitors efficiency and efficacity indicators of training sessions;
• Offers support in performance evaluation and analysis of potential and talent;
• Checks correctitude of induction and development plans;
• Support in international projects implementation.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree (in Social Studies – an advantage);
• 2/3 years of experience on a similar position;
• Microsoft Office package – advanced level;
• Advanced level of English language;
• Very good interpersonal, communication and presenting skills;
• Personal initiative and client orientation skills.
