Training and Retail Supervisor

Main responsibility:

• Offer Customer support and services to final consumer Fast execution and monitoring of the retail activities with the scope of increasing the Huawei in-store visibility and stores’ sales.
• Train store staff, make sure they know to answer all the consumers’ questions related to the new phones Detailed: Customer support: explain consumers about the new phones (Android, Huawei App gallery, help consumers to choose the perfect products for their needs)
• Offer after sales services to consumer, teach them how to use the product, transfer Apps from old phone, test the functionality of most frequent used Apps)
• Train the store staff about Huawei devices’ key selling points and how to answer consumers’ questions
• Building long-term relationships with customers and the store personnel
• Checking and monitoring of the availability of products, propose new orders to shop manager Implementation of promotional and advertising materials, update price tags information
• Taking care of products and cleanliness of workplace
• Daily maintains and report through internal system, reporting work to the supervisor
• Daily reports of sales and customer care services from allocated shops Key skills required:

 Career Requirements:

• Minimum secondary school Knowledge of English(medium-high level)
• Knowledge of the mobile technology and IT industry Work experience in sales promotion and customer service
• Telecommunications and IT industry is a bonus
