Scope of the position
Responsible for defining and implementing Training & Education strategy and procedure in Romania, with the aim of increasing the product knowledge.
Responsible for monitoring and customizing technical training (. Product or sales for internal and external) needs; predict and develop future strategic plan; supervise file maintenance; planning and develop training programs and materials.
Daily Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning, delivery and implementation of the training and education program for customers in Romania;
- Supports, together with the Marketing Manager, the development of an education and training strategy in support of company’s strategic objectives;
- Supports the development and delivery of content for internal training and education of employees;
- Provides input to Marketing Manager the development of the annual training and development budget; responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the budget;
- Implement training and education strategies and processes in Romania, based on the global Training & Education strategy;
- Aligns the T&E strategy with the marketing and sales strategies;
- Supports the ITI education programs;
- Proactively identifies the training needs of employees and customers or prospects;
- Supports commercial colleagues in developing and maintaining contacts with customers and prospects through product training;
- Participates in interdisciplinary project teams, especially with regard to the development and attractiveness of training and education;
- Contributes to the marketing plan and the execution of marketing campaigns;
- Participates in periodic meetings with the Marketing team;
- Initiates, organizes and coordinates periodic Training & Education meetings.
Knowledge&Experience
- University degree - studies in medical or sales/ marketing are preferred;
- Knowledge of project-based planning, organization and implementation of education and training;
- Strong in Romanian and English;
- Previously worked with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
- At least 5 years of experience in planning, developing and delivering training and education programs for clients and internal employee groups, with at least 2 years of focus on training and educating client groups;
- Experience working in a B2B sales organization or an organization dedicated to planning and delivering training to licensed professionals (. doctors, lawyers);
- Experience in setting up and conducting training courses for a specialist target group;
- You have previously worked in an international matrix organization.
