Transactional Procurement Process Manager

  • Managing the Transactional Team;
  • Maintaining and revising when necessary all internal Procurement policies and procedures together with other Procurement departments;
  • Preparing support documents for acquisitions in accordance with internal policies and procedures;
  • Recording/ monitoring / approving orders in ERP system;
  • Monitoring the contracts together with contract holders, issue RFQs (Request for Quotation) and orders to agreed suppliers, verifying the accuracy of the dates of the submitted documents, etc. in accordance with internal policies and procedures;
  • Preparing and following the addendums of contracts and following their annexation to agreed contracts to insure the legal bases in accordance with internal policies and procedures;
  • Maintaining and approving the list of vendors;
  • Providing and maintaining periodical reports for Procurement department;
  • Offering active support for procurement initiatives implementation and continuous improvements.


  • University degree;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Computer skills: MS Office – advanced level (Excel, Word, Power Point);
  • Experience in working with ERP systems represents an advantage;
  • English language – advanced level;
  • Excellent ability to plan, organize and prioritize;
  • Leadership skills;
  • SAP experience is plus;
  • Ariba experience is plus;
  • Analytical thinking and very good negotiating skills;
  • Customer orientation.
