Position Overview
The Transformation Manager is a key service/process improvement position. The individual will be accountable for identifying areas of opportunity and managing their transformation journey. Objectives of the position are to manage all transformation & Re-engineering projects for the given location across any/all themes such as RPA, AI, Digitization & or Re-engineering (plan, direct & coordinate operations in support of business growth, deliver operation excellence, & continue process improvement, etc.). Key components of success include - delivering Process excellence & Change management, developing strong relationships and teams (internally & externally)
As a Transformation Manager you will focus on:
- Identifying & Driving Transformation / Re-engineering opportunities
- Bringing process and technology together
- Providing innovative ideas to help client achieve their business goals
- Understanding client’s industry, business and their critical business drivers
- Enabling Services Delivery Partnership & Change Management
- Managing effective communications across locations with all respective stakeholders (internally & externally)
- Driving change management in partnering with respective stakeholders
- Effective, efficient resolution of client problems/issues, leveraging internal/external resources
- Analyzing workflow to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery. Implement process improvements
- Leading the People Management Agenda
- Ensuring all individual involved in a given project are updated in a timely fashion
What you need to be successful
- Minimum: +11 years of working experience
- Preferred: Understanding of Print services business
- Working knowledge of: Lean & Six Sigma Green belt, RPA/ AI, Digitization platforms, Project Management
