Objective :

Coordinates all plant activities regarding transport cost , optimization and reporting .

Responsabilities:

Responsible for the activities associated with the transportation planning of products from suppliers into the network.
Optimize transport cost in the most efficient way against transport budget
Maintain proper and accurate data base administration and reporting
Evaluates, records, and responds to additional/special service requests
Work with transportation providers and freight payment team to ensure proper accessorial cost and flows
Ensure invoice audits according to RFQ data base
Handle damage and loss claims

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in related field
Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluent in English , others are a plus.
Functional knowledge in Supply Chain
Preferably knowledge of import and export custom clearance
Interpersonal skills and relationship building
Deadline-oriented
Problem solving
Continuous Improvement mindset.
Advanced excel skills
