MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contacts company transport subcontractors on a daily basis to ensure collection of actual and complete information and documents
• Registers and processes the incoming and outgoing documentation
• Inputs, checks and controls operational data and transport papers using specialized software and applications
• Ensures correctness, completeness of the processed information and documents and their timely delivery
• Communicates and supports colleagues, customers and partners on different matters related with transport services and papers

WHAT DO WE EXPECT:

• Very well organized person, capable to set priorities and deal with deadlines
• Ability to communicate information and deliver results
• Persistent and calm approach, attentive to details
• Experience in trade documentation processing is a strong advantage
• Very good command of the English language (spoken and written)
• Sound computer literacy: MS Office, business e-mail
