Transport Monitoring Officer

H. Essers, with head office in Genk (Belgium) and Romanian head office in Oradea is currently looking for a colleague in the Control Technical Tower department.

• To find solutions in front of the computer for the Technical and mechanical problems that appear on trucks when they are on the road in Europe and to take action in case of problems;
• To follow the procedure applicable in technical problems (at the frigo/security installations etc), determine their origin and provide support and assistance according the protocol;
• To make an evaluation of the problem and find a quick solution;
• To make different reports regarding the activity;
• Reporting directly to the Department Manager;

• English- medium level;
• Russian- is an advantage;
• Mechanical knowleadge is an advantage;
• Theoretical/technical general transport knowledge is mandatory;
• Smart, multitasking skills, able to adapt on different situations;
• Flexible for working in shifts, including night shift;
• Honest, perseverant, organized;
